On Trust by Gabriel Josipovici. I'd call that a good year. Yale has published several other books by Scott (two of which I received for Christmas:
The Moral Economy of the Peasant: Rebellion and Subsistence in Southeast Asia and
Weapons of the Weak: Everyday Forms of Peasant Resistance) and
The Book of God by Josipovici, as well as Chris Knight's crucial
Blood Relations: Menstruation and the Origins of Culture. Color me impressed.
